This Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how Pyxus International, Inc. and our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Pyxus,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) collect, use, and disclose information that we collect from users of websites that we operate and that include a link to this Policy (the “Websites”).

This Policy does not apply to information collected:

  • offline or through any other means, including through any other website operated by or on behalf of Pyxus that is subject to its own site-specific privacy statement and/or that does not include a link to this Privacy Policy; or

  • by any third party, including through any applications or content (including advertising) that we may link to or be accessible from or through the Websites.

The Information We Collect Through the Websites

When you access and use the Websites, we may collect information that you submit to us directly, such as by filling out a contact form on the Websites. This information may include:

Our Worldwide Practices

Note that if you opt-out of promotional emails, you may still receive transactional communications, such as order or subscription confirmations.
